It sprays white which is helpful as it gives you an idea of where it lands on your little one’s bum and you can see where the coverage truly is.
The active ingredient is 10% zinc oxide and it quickly gets rid of your baby’s diaper rash. It has less than 10 ingredients, hypoallergenic and perfect for baby’s sensitive skin.
Overall the EWG gives this diaper rash spray a score of 1 with limited data availability. This means that the ingredients in the product are safe and have a moderate amount of research and data on most ingredients.
2. Mustela Diaper Rash Sprayable Cream

This diaper rash spray not only works well for treating diaper rashes but it does a great job of soothing and moisturizing irritated skin.
It is fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, and contains less than 10 ingredients. It has two active ingredients: non-nano zinc oxide and avocado perseose. This sprayable diaper rash cream is perfect for a baby’s sensitive skin.
Mustela’s sprayable diaper rash cream has not been evaluated on the EWG. Three other diaper creams by Mustela have been evaluated and all have been given a score of 1 meaning the ingredients are generally safe for babies. The ingredients in the sprayable version are generally seen as safe for a baby’s skin.

This diaper rash spray works well for getting rid of diaper rashes. It sprays white with great coverage. Although in our experience we haven’t had trouble with the spray nozzle, a common complaint with this spray is that the nozzle breaks easily.
The active ingredients are 25% zinc oxide and 20% dimethicone. It gets rid of your baby’s diaper rash quickly and has less than 11 ingredients.
The EWG gives this diaper rash spray a score of 7 with limited data availability. This means that many of the ingredients in this product have concerns about being harmful to your child. The ingredients in this have a moderate amount of research and data.
Although on many websites this is rated the best sprayable diaper rash cream, I would be hesitant to use this one due to the number of questionable ingredients when there are other sprays that work just as well on the market.

This diaper rash spray is a cleanser and a moisturizer. Diaper lotion potion spray works best as a spray to prevent diaper rash rather than heal a diaper rash. It sprays clear and smells amazing. It is a nice reward after changing a smelly diaper.
The ingredients list is extremely small, with less than 6 ingredients. It is made in the USA and is all-natural. It contains no alcohol, parabens, phthalates, or synthetic fragrances. This spray is perfect for your babies sensitive skin.
At this time this diaper location potion spray has not been tested on the EWG. Water, jojoba oil, and witch hazel are all safe ingredients for babies. Many properly diluted essential oils are also safe for baby’s skin.

For traditional creams, you have to get the tube, squeeze it on your finger or on a diaper rash applicator, and rub it on your baby’s bum. If you choose to use your finger it is much harder to get on the diaper since you have a dirty hand and if you choose the spatula, you have to clean it once you’re done.

Diaper rash creams and ointments are pretty similar in their application and usage. The major difference is that diaper rash creams are typically not as thick as ointments which tend to be a better protectant as it stays on your baby’s bum longer.
